Galina was born in Chelyabinsk, where she was an active member of local Jewish community, guiding and leading educational projects for children and young adults, including as the coordinator and group facilitator of the Jewish Agency for Israel.
She made Aliyah in 2011, after participating in Masa Program that focused on community work and Hebrew language. Galina holds B.A. in Intercultural Communications and Public Relations, from Chelyabinsk State University and M.A. in Management of non-profit organizations, from the Hebrew University.
Prior to joining GPG team, she worked as a Program Manager of Connect Jerusalem, a joint project of the Jerusalem Municipal Absorption Authority and Young Adult Olim Center in Jerusalem.
Galina resides in Jerusalem with her husband Daniel and two children: Nomi and Elisha.
