Program Manager

Nika holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology-Anthropology and Education and a master’s in Organizational Development. Prior to GPG, she worked as a product analyst and projects coordinator at the SleepRate’s Product Department, an Israeli start-up developing a mobile sleep improvement solution.

Nika has extended experience in developing and coordinating educational programs in Jewish and Israeli history and culture, Holocaust education etc. Her working experience is closely related to the programs funded by GPG worldwide.

Nika spent several years in the US holding a position of a Chapter Director of Ezra USA Boston, engaging unaffiliated RSJ young adults with their Jewish heritage and community leadership. She also worked with the Russian-speaking Jewish teens as a Community Educator for Genesis High School Program at Brandeis University. After her return to Israel, Nika worked as a project coordinator at Yad Vashem International School for Holocaust Studies. She also has experience in measurement and evaluation, working as a research assistant in two research institutes, evaluating Yad Vashem and Taglit Projects.
