RAJMN Teenage Engagement Initiative (St. Paul, Minnesota)

RAJMN Teenage Engagement Initiative (St. Paul, Minnesota)

The St. Paul JCC is a place where individuals, families and communities come together for Jewish culture, child care, fitness, recreation and socialization in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

Since 2012, Genesis Philanthropy Group has supported the Russian American Jews of Minnesota (RAJMN) Russian-speaking Jewish Engagement Initiative at the St. Paul JCC. The program engages teens, young adults and families, offering active community members to take leadership roles, brainstorm and implement various programs for its community.

Year-round communal activities include programs such as Russian-Jewish heritage cultural club, Jewish holiday celebrations, Jewish film festival and dancing masquerade for teenagers. In addition, Russian-speaking Jewish teenagers and young adults actively participate in national and international leadership development programs and volunteer for their home community.

Financial support for this program is provided by Genesis Philanthropy Group, along with
St. Paul Jewish Community Center and other generous donors.
