From Generation to Generation

Ledor Vador – From Generation to Generation – was developed and implemented by Kesher, a regional public organization of Jewish women which unites a significant number of women's groups in the FSU. Kesher organized seminars for mothers and daughters of various ages in 10 Russian cities. The seminars aimed to enhance Jewish education and identity of the participants, and to reinforce their socially active lifestyles. Participants studied their heritage, developed communication skills and participated in the intensive and engaged life of the learning community, often initiating new events and programs on their own.
